Via Southgate: Experimental QRP section in European championship contest

The Slovenian Contest Club has introduced a few experimental categories for this years EUHF contest on the 6th August 2022 with a new QRP category, as well as single band entries.

If enough logs are received, these categories will remain, otherwise they will abolished.

This is a contest for All (and only) European (according to ARRL DXCC list) countries, single OP.
