Via the ARRL: As Marco Weakens, Attention Turns to Laura, Which May Become a Category 2 Hurricane

With now-Tropical Storm Marco continuing to weaken, the Hurricane Watch Net (HWN) canceled plans to reactivate on Monday morning.
