Jim, W6PQL, will once again be active as CT8/W6PQL from Pico Island (HM58rn) between July 14th and September 6th.
Activity will be on various HF bands and 2 meter EME. He suggests the following:
* HF activity nightly from 2200 to 2400z on or about 14.240, and around 7140-7180 kHz in the mornings from 0800-1000z
* 2 meter EME from July 18th through September 1st, using his E-mail (jim at w6pql.com) or N0UK or HB9Q for scheduling
* 2 meter tropo (FT8 mode) into Europe as conditions permit (please schedule by E-mail)
* Next year (2023) he will have the 1296 MHz EME station operational as well
QSL info: DO NOT QSL via the Azores. Send your card instead to his QTH in California; he will also confirm any contact he makes from there via LoTW within 24 hours.
